Carol Flueckiger is an artist who brings expertise of ecoart, cyanotype and drawing to her artworks and outreach workshops. Her artistic leadership entails creating custom artwork and custom workshops focused on solar energy, water conservation and recycling. Her projects Solar Powered Painting, Drawing Playa Wetlands, Solitude of Selfie and Cash Paid for Rags were made in collaboration with various non-profit and corporate organizations to include Flower Power Energy Meets Art corporation, University Medical Center, American Antiquarian Society national research library, Ogallala Commons land stewardship non-profit and Women’s Rights National Historical Park. Her artworks and workshops have been widely exhibited, awarded and featured in media/publications. She is a professor of art at Texas Tech University and her work is represented by Charles Adams gallery. She lives in Lubbock with her husband and son.
